Recent political statements have aimed at creating a general distrust in the scientific method. As scientists, more specifically, as psychologists, we are taking a stand. Join our crack team of not one, not two but five scientists (talk about value for money!) for an evening of swift, humourous, musical and interactive exchanges on debunking the headlines; on the impact of not trusting science, on the checks we use to validate our findings; on why we trust our methods; and on creating a science for everyone. There may even be badges!

You’re team of science champions:

Phil McAleer @McAleerP does research on personality from voices: behavioural and fMRI. Lecture in Statistics using #rstats, & cycling
